Buy if you want tarnished jewellery

Have had a stackers jewellery box for a few months now. I was drawn in by how beautiful it looks and I was desperately in need of some jewellery organisation. Unfortunately I have had lots of sterling silver and gold plated jewellery tarnish in the box. This is jewellery I have had for years that was either left out in trays or within my previous (not expensive at all) jewellery box. I am so angry and shocked at this and have no idea what can be done if anything. Buy at your own risk!

Outstanding customer service

Really amazing company Had bought a bag from them a little over a year ago and the strap had burst. Emailed them out of chance that they’d be able to help at all but didn’t expect much as it had been over a year since I had bought the bag. Within 4 days I had returned my bag and received a brand new (and improved) version of my bag. The stitching had been changed to make the straps stronger! I am so grateful as I loved this bag so much! Absolutely outstanding customer service

This company launches fraudulent IP…

This company launches fraudulent IP complaints against Amazon sellers who sell their products, even when the products have been bought by from a registered distributor, which I did and I can prove, unlucky for you I suppose, because now I will just be going round all the review agencies leaving this review for people to see, and because I have an invoice, the IP complaint will be removed. What you are doing is so below the belt, I run a small business and the impact your greedy actions have caused to that business could be the end of it, it is a total misuse of Amazon policy and IP policy. Edit: They have tried to bring into question whether I have had an experience with them as a business, I cannot post pictures here, but I have an email from Amazon telling me that LC Designs are the holder of the IP and have been the ones who have lodged a complaint against me for alleged counterfeit goods, which is a lie, and it is a damaging lie at that.

I had a problem with my order from Stackers. I phoned immediately and spoke to a gentleman named Will who was extremely helpful. He corrected the error and was extremely polite. Will most certainly deal with this company again.

Not a great start but got there in the end

I spent over £75.00 on a personalised jewellery box for my daughter. Stackers sent me a dirty broken box instead. I followed the company instructions and returned my order which they have now had for a week but my status still says label sent. My emails get ignored, I’m out of pocket my £75.00 and my daughter is still waiting for her birthday present through no fault of anyone’s but stackers. This is an absolute disgrace. Edit - 23 /08/21 I received a response today with an apology, stating I will be sent a replacement tomorrow. I will update my review then. 25/08/2021 I have just received my replacement order which I’m happy with. There was an small issue if an incorrect door number being provided to the carrier but after noticing and emailing stackers it was instantly rectified so I am therefore changing my over all experience from 1 star to 3 star

Service over and above the expected

I purchased a laptop rucksack in February 2020 for a new job. However, due to obvious reasons, I got barely any use from it before we were all thrust into working from home. When I eventually got to use the bag again many months later, I found there was a problem with the zip. I was worried that stackers would simply say that too much time had passed since I had made the purchase, but contacted them nonetheless. Anna replied very quickly and asked for photos of the problem, once provided I was told to use a free post return that they provided to return the item, and that they would issue a new one for me. Absolutely fantastic service, I couldn’t have been more impressed. Thank you Anna

Amazing customer service

A friend kindly bought me some stackers layers for my birthday but COVID meant we delayed the gift exchange - when I received the gift I didn’t have the heart to tell her they were a different colour/format to my existing ones. I emailed Stackers to see if I could exchange them, not expecting much and thinking I’d end up donating to charity but the super speedy customer service team (Anna) emailed me back the next day to confirm I could send them back and to include a note of the correct colour/product. I sent them second class (at my expense which is fair enough!) on a Thursday and by the following Wednesday received my new, correct boxes! It couldn’t have been easier! Thank you!

Will not accept ANY RETURNS. Beware!!!!

I ordered a folder from Stackers on 10 May and paid £6.95 for the 2-3 day delivery. The delivery did not arrive in that time and I missed the event it was a gift for. I asked for my postage back and have had no response. As the item was late I wanted a refund. The website says you can do this but the instructions are missing. I’ve repeatedly emailed asking for details of how I can return the item and had absolutely no reply. All my emails have been ignored. I first reported the problem to them on 14 May and today is the 32 May and still no return instructions no refund of the postage I paid for a service not delivered. No contact or explanation or apology. Literally the worst customer service. If anything goes wrong with this company they are not going to sort it. Stackers have taken over £50 from me. That’s a lot of money to loose just now. Really not OK to ignore customers and keep their money. Nice reply completely forgetting to mention all the communication through PayPal and the courier helping me to sort this issue and the fact you only helped when I commented on your Facebook page. A lot of omissions from your reply. Worth mentioning you still haven’t refunded the item or postage I’ve now sent back, only said you would. I’ll be satisfied when you actually refund me my order from nearly 4 weeks ago.

Lovely product

I love my stackers set! I found the customer service to be excellent and someone always replied in a good time frame. These products would make lovely gifts, they feel good quality. Delivery was extremely quick!
