Renewal

OneRent was prompt in sending early reminders of the lease renewal. They made sure ample time was given to landlord to consider next steps. Tool wasn’t working as expected. I entered the renewal decision in the Tool and I still receive a renewal reminder a few weeks later. I had to re-enter my decision and don’t hear back from OneRent renewal team. I had to send a follow up email to the renewal team to confirm if tenant accepted my renewal decision. OneRent could do better in communications.

Ben in Poplar Homes Accounting Does An Outstanding Job

Ben in Poplar Homes Accounting does an outstanding job! He responds quickly and thoroughly and follows through to make sure his clients receive the type of service that they expect. As an example of how Ben responds, last month I was very critical of how Poplar Homes handled the rent transfer payment and told Ben I expected to receive this payment in 5 days or less. This month, with Ben’s follow through, the payment was received in two days! That’s great service, Thank you Ben!

Not worth it!

With Onerent, I always have to double check what they are doing and followup with them myself. Given that I'm based out of the US in a different timezone, this makes it very difficult and also defeats the purpose of having a property management service. For instance, once they tried to make me pay for a damage that was done by the tenant and I had to read them a clause in the lease that they created for me.

The team has been very responsible and always on my side to help out. They have made the rental management experience much easier. In addition, when it comes to working with government to get the support, they have always been very helpful and constantly provided us updates for the progress. Excellent follow through on repair
