I have been using Onerent to manage my property for 8 months now. The experience is very positive. They respond needs of both tenants and landlords in timely fashion. Their service crew takes care of repairs at reasonable price. The rent is deposited to my account on the 1st of month or earlier without any issue. I highly recommend this property management company.

Partnering with Onerent and having them manage my property has been a net positive experience. Of note: 1. They helped me secure a tenant within one month of listing the property. 2. Had a couple minor maintenance requests from the tenant - both instances were handled promptly and seamlessly. 3. Their monthly fees are fair and probably the most competitive you will find. Nice people coupled with a good tech platform - I would definitely recommend their services to prospective landlords.

I use onerent for my property managememt for my rental. It has been a smooth and delightful experience. Here are some things that delighted me : 1. Rent on the first of the month if not sooner. Direct deposit. Only thing better than mailbox money is direct deposit money ! 2. 5% property mgmt fee. Nothing more satisfying that knowing I have that 5% added cashflow. 3. Esign all Docs. Hate paperwork, fax, safeguarding paper contracts etc. 4. Professional make ready experience. (Pablo and Monica/Justin, you guys rock !). 5. Professional networking amongst landlords. This is awesome. Learn from peer landlords, guest speakers, onerent. Grow as a landlord and expand. No other way to get this experience. 6. State of rental market updates customized to bay area. Very helpful. 7. Did I say no lease fee ! 8. Reliable contractors if needed. 9. They relate to the tenant profile which is often millennial gen. Renters likely more comfortable working with their own gen than an old geyser property manager.
