After visiting dozens of stores for a replacement mattress and having no luck whatsoever in finding what we needed, we decided to continue our search online via a live chat with Charlotte at Land of Beds. Within a couple of minutes, Charlotte had sourced the perfect mattress for us and she answered all our questions with knowledge of the product and professionalism.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
I mistakenly ordered the wrong bed from here for my daughter in law. I rang and cancelled the order within 24 hours of ordering it. The lady said she would cancel it immediately. The week after I got a text to say the bed frame was arriving, I had no call to ask if the day was OK by us, so anyway luckily enough I was able to take the day off work. A few days later I received a text saying that the mattress would be there that afternoon, again another day off work because noone from this company had the decency to confirm delivery with me. Ontop of this the mattress covering was ripped to shreds. I then called the company and told them they'd delivered a bed that I had cancelled, to which the extremely rude lady in a terribly stern, abrupt manner, asked "why didn’t I want it and why did i want to cancel it" Again I explained, she then went on to say I had to return it at my own expense and if there was any damage done to packaging, they wouldn't accept it back. But the mattress came with damaged packaging. At this present time I want to use my consumer rights which I know I have many, but rather than have the myther family members have said to keep it and put it in the spare room, so at this point in time I'm unsure what I want to do until I've spoke to CAB, so to finally get to the point, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, THE BED LOOKS FLIMSY , THE SLATS ARE WAFER THIN AND ONLY GOD KNOWS WHAT THE MATTRESS WILL BE LIKE. SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT THEY ARE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. We have got the rest of our beds from DUSK, they are top quality and so less confrontational to deal with.

Visited the store today 06/07/2024, to view & try out some of the mattresses. We where so impressed with the customer services an the quality of the products in store, that we purchased 2 of the Sleepeezee Whitney Deluxe Adjustable mattresses. They felt like you where sleeping on a cushion they where so comfy. Would also advise customers contacting the store before visiting to see if the product your after is in store to try before you buy. Thank you...

First visit to the Helsby showroom and the knowledge and service from Julie was excellent. We had an idea of what we were looking for and she helped us find the perfect bed. We have to wait a few weeks for our delivery but if the first point of contact is a taste of what we can expect from the company, I’m sure we’ll love that too.
