The tree is such a great quality! Much better than I’ve seen in any store. Highly recommend

We have ordered Cumberland Fir for the past Christmas based on the pictures & the online description claiming 75% of real-needle PE branches. The tree was delivered on time and is very full - however save your money and chose a different provider if you, as us, value the real-branch look - as in reality, a max of 50% of branches are real-life like and in many places the cheap looking PVC, paper like branches stick out. I am giving 2 stars as the materials was the main decision point for us and the company didn't stick to its online promises. Also the customer service never replied to my query to make things right. I wouldn't buy from them again.

After speaking with one of your customer service reps for well over 30 minutes, he explained MANY trees to me, we decided on the Bellevue Balsam. Just received it today and absolutely LOVE it!!! Exceeded my expectations! We had previously purchased a tree from what was recommended as, "the best place to get an artificial tree" and were greatly disappointed.... shipped it right back! I will recommend Treetime from now on!!!! Just amazing!!! And, fantastic customer service!!! Thank you!!

Tree was nice ! Expensive! Not built good at all . I don’t care for the way the branches attach. . Going be fun trying to fold this thing up . Low quality in my opinion for that kind of money . Our old tree was built much better . Maybe I should have looked around at other places or other trees, Oh well …,

Treetime was very helpful and accommodating during this unfortunate supply chain issue - treetime helped us take care of all of our Christmas needs in a realistic way. Their customer service is excellent and their employees go the extra mile to help the customer. And they do it with a smile - which we are in short supply of these days.

We replaced our 12' incandescent light tree from 2014, as lights were failing. Decided to go LED on this tree, and loved it. Much easier, solid connections from tree section to section. Loved the remote that allowed us to change lighting formats. This tree was much lighter than the 2014 tree, as evidenced by the fact it came in 2...rather than 3...boxes. It was easy to put up and performed flawlessly during the 2021 season. Regarding delivery...it was on time and with good communication.

Bought replacement bulbs. They were the wrong ones. Was able to return and got a full refund. Thanks!
