No waiting. Pick up from airport was good . Car did have a thudding noise at rear while driving . But apart from that everything was OK

I had a great experience with Omega and their service was excellent. I accidentally booked the wrong date and they were very receptive to help change my booking. I was running late the morning we picked up our car and they reached out to confirm all was still well with our pick up. The booking reference shared a YouTube video about driving on the left side (for those of us who drive on the right!) and it was very helpful! Picking up the car was smooth as was drop off. One thing to note: I returned the car after hours which needed to be dropped off in a nearby parkade which was a little tricky to find, then walk back to the rental office to drop off the keys. A bit of extra time was required and I was happy it was daylight navigating the parkade on my own etc. but was very safe and smooth in the end. I would rent from Omega again!

Omega are very easy to deal with. Car was very fairly priced and reliable. This is the 2nd time I have used them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very easy to pick up the car, staff were lovely. Very economical car, we had it for 2 weeks and drove all over the South Island of New Zealand. Drop off waseasy and quick shuttle bus to the airport. Really good service.

Wir haben für unsere einmonatige Neuseelandreise einen Toyota Corolla über Omega Rental Cars gebucht. Preis war inkl. einer "goldenen Versicherung" im angemessenen Rahmen. Durch die Versicherung mussten wir keine Angst um Kratzer o.Ä. haben. Das Auto selbst war in einem guten gebrauchten Zustand, die Ausstattung war besser als erwartet (Abstandstempomat, Automatik, Spurhalteassistent etc.). Abholung und Abgabe sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden nochmal wieder über Omega Rental Cars einen Mietwagen buchen.
