Great experience from booking through to drop off at the end of our trip. Excellent communication right throughout. Our 1st preference of car wasn't available (last minute booking during peak season, what were we thinking!?!?) but they provided us with an upgrade for the same price. Legends!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Car was ready on time. Complimentary lift to our Auckland airport accommodation was great. The only reason we didn't give 5 Stars is because our van was a slightly older model, but it worked fine and we had no issues. We did see some newer models at the depot. We would use Omega again and the price was excellent (no hidden costs).
