Attenzione! Ci sono vari motivi per cui sembrano essere economici ma poi…Noleggiato auto a fuerteventura con omega: 1- non hanno una sede ma si ritira l’auto in un parcheggio a caso fuori dall’aeroporto e trovarlo non è stato semplice con i bagagli al seguito. 2- auto sporchissima con vetro anteriore opaco all’interno che rendeva la guida pericolosa;purtroppo era sera e mi sono accorto solo fuori dall’aeroporto sulla freeway dove non c’è illuminazione artificiale e le luci delle auto in senso opposto creavano un riverbero pericoloso. Sono tornato in aeroporto per farla cambiare ma non c’era già più nessuno. Ho dovuto portare l’auto il giorno dopo a farla lavare e togliere il pericoloso alone. 3- nel complesso l’auto era pessima 4- attenzione qui arriva la truffa!!!al momento della restituzione dell’auto non c’è nessuno; ti dicono di abbandonare l’auto nel parcheggio con le chiavi all’interno…ti dicono di fidarti che non c’è nessun problema, e tu ti fidi, però poi ti addebitano spese non concordate e che tu non puoi contestare. Spendete magari 10 euro in più ma andate in un noleggio ufficiale che ce ne sono molti e affidabili. Noi purtroppo ci siamo cascati. Mai più!!

Booking and communications were easy plus forwarding drivers license made it quicker, especially for a very late night pick up off an Intl flight. Lost a point as there was quite a wait outside over at the domestic terminal in freezing cold wind for the transfer van to arrive @0100hrs.

Car was clean and well maintained and good value. Staff were very pleasant and good to deal with. The pick up from Wellington airport was easy and well organised. The hybrid model was very economical.

Booking process, shuttle from Christchurch airport to Omega and picking up the car was very smooth. The car drove really well, had plenty of space and the 6 of us really enjoyed our trip. There were a few things that could have been better: 1) I booked the Toyota Highlander 7 seater Luxury vehicle, but it did not have front parking sensors. The car had multiple heavy dents and scratches due to not having these sensors. A luxury model should really have front parking sensors. 2) while returning the vehicle, I filled it up completely, but the fuel gage showed as if it was slightly not full. The lady at the counter also got a bit nervous although I showed her my fuel receipts. If there is a trick to it to show it full, please tell the customer at pick up.

I would like to say good, not great. We are long time customers and we always find the Māngere branch helpful, friendly and organized. Being long term clients, I would like to think that we might be entitled to an upgrade every now and then. We are looking to come back in April, so do your best please. Our driver is a lovely gentleman who has picked us up for a couple of years who remembers us and is always good for a chat. Until next time, kind regards, John Anthony
