easy process, trust in the customer, brief explanation on driving

Their website is misleading as is their call center. Was told the airport shuttle last pickup was 4pm despite the website saying it was available during business hours until 5pm. Arrived at 4:30pm, paid $40 for a taxi as instructed by the call center, only to have it follow the shuttle to their office. Waste of money and totally mislead by their staff.

Our customer service was EXCELLENT!♥ Staff were open, informative, and put us at ease on pickup at Miramar. Our second Omega rental. Car was basic, had 'dings' but was great! Suspension was unfortunately RUBBISH! Had to slow to a full stop at every road/speed bump/hump, etc. Apart from that, we'd highly recommend Omega

The original car I received felt unsafe so I returned it and received a good little road warrior. The car was a 2012 Toyota Vitz. I had to buy a phone charger adapter as the car didn’t have one. I thought the pricing was high but the market is high. The manager and mechanic were very professional and I had a great month long journey in the car.

Whilst not located at the airport, a quick call to their office and a mini bus will come and collect you and take you to their depot. Very organised, good cars, great service and cheaper than major car hire rental firms. Highly recommend.

Superb directions over the phone to find the shulltle bus. It was kinda far with luggage but no worries all was good.

The person that received the car at the Wellington Airport depot was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. The courtesy van to the airport was parked in front and I was just told to go there and wait. After 20min has passed and being waiting for no reason when staff was chatting, I just took an Uber to the airport to avoid sitting inside a closed van for not knowing how long.
