We arrived after hours and it was easy to pick up the car at the airport in Christchurch. A shuttle transport brought us as the office. But we paid an extra 46 $ for that service which was okay. It was easy to communicate with the company during the rental.

We had no problems using the rental car and returning it. We had some difficulties when we arrived, after normal office hours: the directions you previously provided were not precise. This caused a delay in returning the car.

The young girl who picked us up and took us back to the airport was lovely. She was genuinely interested in our holiday travels. This is the third time we have used Omega great price and the vehicle drove beautifully.

Hiring from UK was excellent. Pick up and drop-off straight forward and one hour flexibility for drop-off.

Omega was extremely flexible in various changes in my car rental contract arrangements. For this I am extremely grateful.

Rented my car via AirportRentals.com. I was relieved the whole process was straightforward from beginning to end. Affordable, staff were kind, car worked perfectly. I was able to add my second driver without him being present since he arrived before me. The only hard part was that AirportRentals wasn't very responsive and none of their phone numbers worked, which made me very nervous. Thankfully Omega helped when I called - I was over 24 hours late to pick up my car due to flight mishaps.
