Airport pickup & getting car went well. No warning leaving depot re: low gutter with lower car front end, in traffic needing to cross road quick as another vehicle was letting us in. Car went very well & very pleased with that. On dropoff told everything looked fine with the car, but no questions on how car went or any problems. I will be happy to use Omega again & would recommend to others.

Good car at a good price, much cheaper than the major rental car brands. Excellent after hours pickup and drop off service.

Enjoyed driving around New Zealand in the small but comfortable car from Omega. The staff at both the Auckland and Christchurch offices were helpful, and worked efficiently. Will highly recommend engaging with Omega if planning travels in New Zealand.

The car was beautiful and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Pick up & drop off was good. Not impressed with car, dents & scratches. However no driving issues. Admin was ok. Had to wait an hour for pick up until they opened at 8:00am even though I booked from 7:30am. Never told me they would not pick up outside of hours (accepted booking time but didn't pick up at that time or notify). Found on their website post booking confirmation.

I hired another Toyota Yaris Cross in November last year 2024 which in no way resembled the power or standard of the Yaris Cross I hired from Omega in 2025 Your one was overdue by over 3000 klm for an oil change, it was very underpowered and the seats not at all comfortable for a long road journey

It was good to be picked up at the Queenstown Airport and then taken to pick up the car.This was not very far away. Everything went well but as I have used Omega before I was not surprised. The car was good and we were taken back to the airport when we had finished.
