Customer service was outstanding. The only comment I would make is to ensure all ancillary equipment worked. The radio did not work which made driving boring, the air conditioner was also poor. The previous vehicle I hired from Picton had a radio issue also as I could not access the maps in the entertainment system, seems it was not activated making driving and navigating difficult. When back for my next visit I will be sourcing a vehicle from you. Regards Kevin

The treatment by the staff was beyond reproach. Shortcomings were due to my own disability. May I just suggest to include some reminder for the customer to be included in your order form so he or she states car model preference. I suffer from stenosis and scoliosis of the vertebrae. I was rather disappointed to find myself in a Toyota. Mazda cars give my back a much less painful experience.
