Awesome team🎉

Once again the staff were great from the young bloke who picked me up from the airport to Harry who did the paperwork and sorted my car for me. I had booked a Toyota Aqua as I have one at home and am familiar with that brand. However, the rental was an earlier model than mine (2017) and had a very annoying habit of tooting the horn when you start it and stop it. This is bloody annoying and I personally would not rent one of those again, or anything that has that annoying feature.

Pick up service at the airport good as informed.

They were helpful and sorted my rental when I wanted to extend it. Vehicle was what we required and will use Omega for all our rental requirements

The car we chose was ideal for our family of 5 along with all our luggage for our 10 day tour of the South Island. One suggestion would be for them to spend a bit of time explaining the features of the car, also there was a small dried stain on the drivers seat. Other than that it was a pleasant experience

Booking was easy and fast forward. Car was in very good condition, clean and bigger than expected. Also drop off was quick and easy. Omega was always very helpful when I had questions. I can definitely recommend.

Wir mieteten uns ein kleines Auto, um damit Neuseeland zu erkunden. Von Auckland nach Christchurch brachte uns das Auto zuverlässig ohne Panne. Die Abholung und Abgabe war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Gern wieder!

I loved my car rental here. It was effortless, the company and people were so lovely and they really helped me out when my plans changed. Great little car and an easy breezy rental experience.
