We picked up the car and went shopping at a nearby supermarket (Pak'nSave). At that time, I noticed that the gas tank was not full, but one notch lower. We had only driven about 100m. The odometer on the document I received was about 22km off from the actual tank. Did the person who rented before us not fill up the tank? Did your staff use this vehicle for personal use or for transportation and neglect to refuel? I don't know. However, we rented the car with one notch lower in the gas tank. I was very disappointed because I trusted your company. Next time, I will always check the tank first if I rent a car from another company. The car I rented started with one tank of gas low and I was instructed to return it with a full tank. It's unfortunate that I have not received any response from the company after reporting this, and I have received another email requesting a review. What is going on?

The service waa good, especially the pick up and drop off at the airport. We didn't come across any issue during our trip. The car is a bit old (high mileage), however reliable.

Excellent car and service

Car ready and waiting with very friendly staff and when we returned the car a little late it was no trouble to run us from the depot to the ferry. The car was perfect and they gave us extensive support information should we need it - which we didn’t! I would use Omega again
