Great customer service, Great car, No hassles. We were late to pay so Omega allowed us to pick our car up on the 01/01/2025, although we, still paid from the 31/12/2024 which was OK with us. Great shuttle service lovely guy to chat with. A simply fantastic experience. Omega will be my only rental car service from Auckland Airport and anywhere else they are available when I need a, rental car.

Got a great little car, good on fuel economy. Auckland and Nelson branches were really nice to deal with.

All went very smoothly and with no hiccups. Omega were the cheapest large rental agency in NZ for the smaller car I wanted, with a presence at all the airports I needed. The cars were clean, in decent condition (if high in miles) and gave no problems. Would use again.

From the beginning I had very good contact with the staff. Very quick and helpfull answers. Very good car exactly which was ordered. Very good experiance.

The staff member at Auckland airport was very helpful however we discovered that the radio and GPS system in the car was set to a different language and this was not explained and we weren’t able to work out how to change to English. There was a deal offered with fuel at a particular petrol station, however the barcode provided wasn’t able to be scanned at the pay station so the benefit wasn’t available. Finally the communication and service at drop off in Wellington was poor and dismissive of the concerns.

Great service from the company nothing too much trouble. Changed my time for pick up & it was no problem. Would definitely recommend to my friends if wanting to hire a reasonable priced rental.

Good rates and easy airport pickup

Engine oil smelling burnt and old. Service sticker indicates time for a Service. Tire tread was maginal I certainly wouldn't have them on my car. Everything worked for a Secondhand Japanese Import even a Japanese voice when starting the Engine. I was releaved when I returned the car without any breakdowns.
