Picking up and dropping off the car was fast and easy. Staff was kind and helpful. The car was what we were expecting. And the price was better than other companies.

Staff was great and attentive. No issues with that. The car was mediocre. We went for the most value car, and it was an uncomfortable ride. The cabin was loud, and you could feel the road buzz. It was pretty evident in the countryside where the roads aren’t as nice. Next time I’ll pick a more comfortable car for the long drive.

Good reliable vehicle

We were collected from the airport very quickly (before our bags had come to the carousel!) and the car was ready and waiting for us. We dropped off the car back to the airport out of normal business hours and the process was very easy. Would gladly hire from Omega again.

The car had 150,000kms on the clock and on the second day every warning on the dashboard came on. The car felt like it would stall at any minute so we had to leave early for everywhere as worried we would brake down. The sat nav was also really out of date and largely unhelpful. The lady at the front desk was also really rude and very unhelpful. The shuttlebus service however was fantastic and quick and beyond helpful when I left my jacket behind in the car and they brought it to me at the airport.

Convenience and ease of hiring.

We were flying into Queenstown after office hours but the paperwork was sorted well ahead of time via email. The car was ready for us with our name on. This process all worked very smoothly. Thank you

polite and friendly staff

Car rental is car rental. What makes it great is if something goes wrong and the service provided sorts the issue with minimal disruption. Our wipers stopped working on the second day (we hadn't used them on the first day). One phone call, mechanic was arranged for a convenient time for us. Easy!
