Have rented several times from Omega (and their competitor Apex) and have always been happy with the outcome. Omega’s Auckland Airport location is accessible via dependable shuttle service and desk staff were super helpful. Vehicles generally come with a lived-in feel and a high mileage but on this occasion being allocated a more modern RAV was a pleasant surprise. Overall, great value.

It was really easy to organize and the staff where very helpful and friendly. Especially nice was getting picked up from the ferry terminal and taken to the car.
