It's fine though its a bit expensive since it was a peak season for renting a car. I also hope to make the rental cars have ther own decent infotainment system, because its still on japanese head unit.

I’ve used the company a few times now and have received consistently good service . However the front of house receptionist on this occasion was less engaging in her dealings with me as I was there 4 minutes before opening hours compared with the detailer who took us to the airport who had sensational customer engagement skills.

Met our requirements. Ok when collecting the car. Ok return, although we were prior to 8am and had to wait a short time for them to open. We did have to wait quite a while at the airport for pick up, but a busy time of year.

Staff were friendly and helpful at Omega car rentals Auckland Airport. Happy to answer any questions we had and gave us a discount card for fuel! ☺️The car was in good condition and full of fuel when we picked it up. We weren’t aware we would be getting an older model so he head unit/radio was quite outdated, standard USB connection wouldn’t allow music play so we had to set off on a mission to find newer iPhone/Samsung adapters to AUX connectors to be able to play our own music! For a long road trip this was a must for us! The head units settings menu was also in a different language (possibly mandarin?) so this made it quite difficult to navigate too. But otherwise, all was well and a good rental! We’ll be more prepared with extra gadgets/adaptors/cords next time ☺️ We dropped the rental car off at a different location: Omega car Rentals Wellington airport, the business was easy to find but unfortunately the staff weren’t as nice here. Very obvious neither of the people we encountered wanted to be there. Short, snappy & uninterested in answering questions. Thankfully though, the drop off was quick and we were dropped at the airport on time.

It was very easy to deal with Omega Rental. When we arrived everything was ready to go. Shuttle pick up and drop off was super helpful. Thank you Omega Rental. Will definitely use your services again.
