Easy pick up drop off .. car was in very good condition

Booking the car was easy and straightforward. As we were arriving to Queenstown from Australia out of hours we received instructions on where to find the car and how to access it, which were easy to follow. Our little car that we had for 21 days was clean, comfortable and very economical. We actually fell in love with it. Handing it back was quick and efficient.

All good from the time I picked up the car to return of car. I was hoping the door will open earlier when I return the car. We need a place to sit and wait with luggage especially if the weather is cold.

Good up front service

The car was a little older but went like a new one. Price was very reasonable and even with full insurance it was much cheaper than other car rental companies. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the whole experience smooth and easy. I would recommend Omega to everyone.
