Quick and easy with good communication although more notice for the pre signing / authorisation would have been appreciated.

great car, good price, easy pick up and drop off. sound quality in the speakers was average but it always seems to be that way for me in any other car but my own so perhaps it's my ears! Hated the lane-assist feature in the car but once I figured out how to turn that off it was great. Would definitely use Omega again.

The car was excellent (2023 Toyota Yaris) just right for Wellingtons twisty streets. The Staff were efficient, the shuttle drivers were prompt & friendly. All in all a super experience.
