We are regular travellers to NZ and use Omega only. This was our 3rd time using the QT depot. It is an extremely well run outfit and we have never had any issues with pickup, dropoff, shuttle bus or car details/quality. Well done Omega!

An agent with with a friendly sense of humour.

Booking process was easy. Car was excellent. Two minor things, the customer services representative stated on pickup the car used 91 octane petrol however inside the fuel filler cap the stated grade was premium petrol (95 grade). Also the damages diagram did not match the actual existing scratches on the car. These were minor in nature but because I am a fusspot I photographed all angles of the car to ensure I had a correct record at the time of pickup. The customer services representative did not want to amend the damages diagram when I challenged its accuracy and pointed out the additional scratches and so I had to trust/assume all would be well. There were no issues with the drop off and my credit card bill hasn't shown any additional charges so I assume all was well :-)

Easy as to book. Picked up from Airport within minutes. Quick process to get car. awesome staff so cheers Repeat customers wont go anywhere else cheers guys

The car was in excellent condition and very comfortable to drive. The staff were friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. Returning the car was a hassle-free process, with a quick and smooth routine inspection. Overall, it was a pleasant and efficient experience.

Friendly staffs, I am very appreciated that. Everything ran smooth from the time we got the car to the contract ended. Only one comment I have is the confusion where to pick up the car when we I arrived Auckland Airport from the USA. I was in panic mode when did not know where to pick up the car since there was no Omega One office at Auckland airport. My suggestion for Omega One is to provide a pinpoint location where the transit bus stop. This way, the customer would know where go to pick up the car.

Great company to deal with. Picked up at Nelson Airport, car ready and waiting and quick and easy drop-off. Friendly staff with good sense of humor. Would use again. Highly recommend :)
