Simple to book easy pick up, shuttle ready to take us to the airport, friendly competent staff. Great car. Would use again.

Good experience with Omega covering North and South Island. Shuttle service were good, however required to walk a distance for International Flight in Auckland

Late pick up but everything else went well. Waited about 45mins for pick up, instead of the <10mins that was in the booking email - van was busy with other pick ups and drop offs when I contacted Omega at the Auckland airport - was worried that I would not make 4.30pm office cut off time so I rang a couple of times to check it was still on its way. Signing up for the car was easy at the offsite airport location - all the staff were friendly including van driver. The hybrid car was clean and in good shape, although the accelerator was unexpectedly slippery for an unknown reason. Return of car was easy to Auckland city office near the old railway station; needed original agreement to give them one of the copies.

Overall great rental - Overcharged at office for ferry passenger fees which was later reimbursed. Car was great. Only minor negative was the telephone customer service representative who’s attitude was more “cannot do” than “can do” prior to picking up car - very un kiwi like.

Everyone at Omega was so helpful! Both at the Queenstown and the Auckland offices. I rented through a relocation deal, and everything was perfect. I would book again, the prices are also competitive!

All contact with Omega prior to our travels was great. We collected our car from Auckland AirPort. We did find it a little difficult to locate the exact spot for the shuttle to take us to the car. Has to ask people. Once we picked up the car we hit the road. The car was wonderful. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was clean & comfortable.
