My entire Omega experience was very efficient, from start to finish: easy pick-up and drop-off, friendly and helpful staff and a quality vehicle at reasonable rates. The best part was being able to use the same vehicle on both of NZ’s South and North islands (via ferry). Bottom line: Omega helped make our NZ holiday a fabulous one!

Good reliable comfortable car although disappointed in the Sat nav capabilities which is obviously essential for tourists.

Prompt pickup from airport. Paperwork along with inspection of vehicle completed within short timing. We were happy with the vehicle!

Very pleasant smooth abd quick service

The car rental experience is great including smooth process of renting and returning, transporting to and from airport. I would give a fiver stars if we didn't encounter car tyre punctured incident which we paid for the expenses during our trip.

The staff were very honest and upfront about any damages prior to rental, and was very helpful at dropoff as well

The pik up n drop off were very easy and the staff were gr8, even though we were a tad late dropping off due to traffic.
