From start to finish everything went well with our Toyota Corolla rental, such a zippy little car & economical on fuel. Very well organisation on pick up and drop off at Auckland Airport . We got a flat battery whilst we were travelling, contacted Omega & they asked us to contact AA they came and changed it, the charge was NZD $165.00. Presented our receipt in when we had completed our holiday, was refunded in a day.

The transfer driver was kind enough to drop us at the Park n Ride, rather than back to the airport, saving us from needing to switch to the shuttle.

The car was fine but due to delays in the flight the shuttle that was meant to pick us up from the airport had gone home (despite us having provided the flight details). After taking an expensive taxi to the rental office, we were rushed through the paperwork as the office was apparently meant to be already closed. With the office requesting our flight details, we expected that the office would accommodate any delays outside our control.

Friendly helpful staff. Car was super clean and waiting at kerb for easy getaway. This was out first time renting a car in Auckland and we will definitely use Omega again!
