We drop a star because we had to wait at the airport in Wellington to 30 minutes for a pick-up - which occurred after x3 phone calls. Otherwise, an excellent hire.

I booked a RAV4 (2 wheel drive) with Omega because of the competitive price given compared to other car rental company. I am a little disappointed that the RAV4 that I get is an old model and have seen many miles. The car works perfectly fine except for the windscreen wiper that is a little loose on the driver side, hence a little blur when wiping off rain. Otherwise the car works perfectly fine and I am happy with that. The interior and exterior are clean when I get the car and it is comfortable inside with no smell. I would say that I have gotten my value for money but otherwise did not exceed my expectations. I will be happy to rent with Omega again. I would appreciate if they can let me know the car that I would be getting (i.e. age and mileage) so that I can make decisions to upgrade etc.

Very long wait for pick up at Airport - about 45,mins. Basic vehicle supplied was very worn 137000km despite earlier saying that their "budget" vehicles were not available.Staff very courteous and shuttle back to airport immediate.
