Ultimately good value. Nice little car...Yaris Very helpful staff. The negative was that when we advised we would be returning the car 4 days earlier, contrary to website information the daily rate was increased. This was unfair and silly. In reality omega was able to achieve a potential 4 day double return on our early return. In particular the website said no penalty for early return. Fortunately when I queried this by email, they corrected this. Thank you

Great service, nice car, perfect location for drop off and pick up

It was a great experience. The person we chatted to was very helpful, the forms were straight forward and the price was reasonable. Instructions for pick up and leaving the car and key were very clear.

Great experience Picked up our car from Christchurch and drop off in Queenstown. The Yaris was in great condition and suited our needs perfectly. First time hearing and renting from omega and experienced nothing but great things.

All was fine picking up the rental car. However on returning the car we required the shuttle to the airport. The drop of for the shuttle is such a long way from the entry into the airport. I am waiting hip surgery and cannot walk that distance. This important detail should be made clear to your customers .If I had known that I would have ordered a taxi
