Very simple and straightforward process booking in advance online Hire contract and insurance was explained in an easy to understand manner. Staff were friendly and efficient The shuttle driver gave advice on the road conditions and route. Overall experience was very positive

I had a great experience renting from Omega. The staff working at this location were very nice, clear on instructions and rental rules, and the car was in great condition. Looking forward to my next NZ trip and will definitely rent again from Omega.

Everything was very fine. It took us just a few minutes to get the car and to return it. The car was clean and in good condition.
