Grayson had what I wanted, at a reasonable price, and their website was easy to navigate.

I was hesitant about ordering furniture sight unseen and worried about it arriving damage free. The staff kept me informed along through the whole process and was quite easy to work with. Any questions they couldn’t answer were looked into with the vendor and relayed back to me. Furniture arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely order from this company again.

The purchase process was easy and satisfactory. I would have given you five stars if your supervisor had been more willing to reduce the price since we purchased two recliners. These are tough time, especially for us senior citizens on fixed incomes.

At the time I placed my order, I was told that the chair I ordered was in stock and would shop in 1-2 weeks and that the shipping time would be 1-2 weeks. When I received the order confirmation I was given a ship date that was 3 1/2 weeks from the order date and the shipping time was provided as 3 weeks. Very disappointed in the false information I was given at the time I placed my order.

The site said you had the product in inventory and could ship in two weeks. Placed the order. Then find out you do NOT have the item in stock and it will take two months to get. Pathetic. Try some “truth in advertising” Update: I've ready your answer, but your website specifically stated "ITEM IN STOCK, SHIPS IN 2-3 WEEKS"
