I was very happy that Grayson excepted my offer for the console I wanted. It's on back order but I'm still excited to get it in a couple of months. They responded quickly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I'll post again when I receive it.

I ordered a number of glass art pieces…

I ordered a number of glass art pieces and am very pleased. The order got a little complicated because they were shipping directly from different vendors at different times. Some items had been discontinued but were still on the web - site. I'm still waiting for the last piece- 3 months later. I'm fine with that as Grayson had promptly communicated that to me. My only reason for not giving you 5 stars is the accounting. I never received an invoice and the amount that went on my credit card did not match my original order. When I asked for an invoice I got a letter from the accounting department that did little to clear up my questions. I figure I'll wait for the last piece to come in and see where we stand. Otherwise everything was lovely, well packed and the process smooth.

I canceled my order number GLV10713 after I received an email saying the items would have to be back ordered and I might receive them in several months. I was told he charge of my card had not been processed and the order would be canceled. However, this morning I see the charge has hit my account. I am not happy.

Hooker Furniture Ciao Bella Spindle Back side chairs with Speckled Gray finish with hand-distressing

We ordered Hooker Furniture Dining Room Ciao Bella Spindle Back Side Chair x 4 in Speckled Gray finish with hand-distressing. They are so beautiful and made very well. We couldn’t be more pleased with them. As far as customer service and shipping, I would give 10 stars if available. We were a little nervous ordering somewhat expensive dining chairs without seeing them in person and sitting in them, however our fears were needless. The chairs were exceptionally packaged and the company notified us about the shipment when it was ready to ship and again after they shipped and the delivery company called to set up delivery also, as one box was a little torn, the delivery guy waited for us to check and make sure there was no damage before leaving...very considerate. These were packaged so well, however, I think they could have been dropped from an airplane and been just fine. Our overall experience was absolutely awesome. Even when there was originally a slight delay in shipping and we called the store, they were very kind and answered our questions! You can’t go wrong ordering from Grayson Living! We will be ordering more furniture this next year after building our new home.

Strong customer service

Ordered two chairs and they were perfect! Ordered a sideboard for dining room and the hinges were damaged, not the fault of Grayson Living, but probably damage was done on dock or at some point in shipping. I was hesitant to take delivery but Grayson's assured me they would send replacement hinges, along with refunding me $125 in case I needed a repairman. It took a fairly long time to get the hinges but GL was very good at keeping me updated. When ordering from them, you need to read their return policy and they make it very clear on their website that there is a stiff penalty for returns and restocking. I totally get this but just be awware.
