We're very happy with the solar and battery solution installed by Grant Store. The process was easy, staff were helpful and easy to get hold of; the installation was straight forward, timely and to the expected quality. We're so far very pleased with our solar system.

We were in the unusual position of adding a battery to our 13 year old solar panels. The installation went well and we were initially very pleased. We were promised a full instruction manual for the battery app and are managing to proceed by trial and error. The car charger does not seem to do what is advertised. We cannot set it to use off peak electricity overnight. Since I submitted this review, Grant Solar have phoned me several times and are happy to help. We had managed to work it all out for ourselves, with some help from Project EV with the car charger and we are now fine. It would have been helpful to know a month ago that our battery app is more up to date than the ones featured on the internet. I received the handover pack yesterday (a month after installation) with full instructions. Grant Store are now helping me communicate with EON about our FIT payments which I am assured will not change.

Everyone I dealt with seemed happy, cheerful and willing to help. The guys fitting the scaffolding, panels and electrics were great fun and did a great job. They were respectful of our property, were unfailingly courteous and happy to explain what was going on. There was a problem which was down to the wiring in my house that they identified and advised on what to do about it and came back to finish up when I'd fixed the problem. All in all despite foul weather the install was a positive experience and I now have my solar system.

Grant store did an excellent job installing my new boiler today, Elliot explained everything he was going to do, then got on with it. Exceptional service all round. Left the site clean and tidy. A1 customer service. THANK YOU.

Jonny came back today to sort out ventilation. The lads work has been tremendous throughout I would recommend them highly. The electrician Liam from Grant Store the plasterers Dan & Liam The plumbers Gaz and Bucky the roofers have all done a fantastic job and would recommend their work. Lovely bunch of lads Thankyou

David Joyce visited our property to survey and measure in preparation for the installation of our first central heating system. (My wife and I are in our 70's) The visit was courteous, helpful, professional and no question was too much ass he discussed types of radiators and their best locations to suit us. Every step was outlined and I/we are pleased we made the decision to proceed. There was no pressure, just clear explanations in language the non-engineer can understand. We were most impressed

Daniel came to measure up for boiler and central heating installation. He was very proffessional and informative. He went through the job with me, and advised me. He also found there was a problem with my gas and called Cadent to come and fix it. He was very kind and helpful. Thanks Daniel.

The solar panels were installed as Storm Darragh approached and came through the event unscathed. The subsequent installation of the inverter and battery proceeded expeditiously a few days later with the whole system up and running in short order. The following day the scaffolding was removed. All-in-all, an excellent example how such installations should proceed.
