Had David Joyce round today and it was a great experience from start to finish, was very helpful, informative and attentive. Any questions asked was answered in full detail, nothing was too much, would be a pleasure to have him back in our home.

David Joyce came to do a gas survey this week , weather was not the best but he was on time. Nice sociable bloke who got on with survey whilst explaining the process and showing us where things would go . Nothing was to much trouble and was really helpful and explained everything clearly. Lovely guys came to look at solar panels and heat pump. Heat pump survey takes a long time, very thorough so that was great. Answered lots of questions, dealt wirh problems with location of radiators etc. had a lot of knowledge

The three teams involved in the installation, that is the scafffolders, the panel fitters and the electricians, worked hard consitently and considerately. Any problems which occured (mainly due to the weather), were sorted out efficiently by the administration team
