We had solar panels and a battery installed by GSL through the solar together initiative in Cheshire. Overall the team were very helpful and responsive although we were let down by people not turning up when they said they would on 3 occasions. There was also some error with the initial installation which meant that the job was unfinished and not working over Christmas, and therefore the scaffolding had to stay up. However, they did pull out all the stops to take down the part of the scaffold that was blocking our Sky dish - so we did have TV over Christmas! Everybody we spoke to was extremely helpful, even when I was less than happy, and they managed to finally get everything working well. We just need sun now!

Had solar PV panels & battery storage installed by GSL through the Solar Together scheme for Wychavon DC. Everything about the experience was superb. If we needed to call about anything, the phones were answered promptly & our questions were always dealt with in a professional manner. The installation by both the roofers & electricians was fabulous. They liaised with us at every point & talked through various ways work could be done, and installed it all to our satisfaction & requirements. The handover was very thorough and added to the confidence that it was a job well done. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering having solar panels installed. Now if only they could magic up some sunshine 😁

We used Grant Store via the Solar Together scheme, and they have been great - very responsive and good customer communication. All queries were dealt with quickly, and they worked very efficiently around the challenging weather conditions recently. I would have issue with recommending them if you have solar work to do.

Had Jamis and Kieron come and fit boiler and everything else ready for Solar panels and they both did a 1st class and both very helpful explaining how everything works it was a pleasure meeting them both of good thank you both for your service Mac and David Clay from Calf Heath

Engineer was thorough, helpful and polite. Whole survey took just an hour and a half. Great service.

Everything worked as advertised. From the survey through the scaffolding, the installation of the panels and the electricians putting it altogether, all were likeable, efficient and knew their job. When they needed to be flexible (e.g. when the EV kit was delayed) they flexed efficiently so that we were confident that it would all be done well.

What a great experience having a PV system installed by GSL. Scaffolders, roofers putting the panels up & then the electricians completing the job in two stages. All kept us informed & answering any questions. We were particularly impressed at the way the electricians went so far to hide pipe work on outside faces of the house. Well done all & thank you.
