The staff over the phone, by email and on visits were inordinately helpful and I believe that the work was done well - but it's too soon to be sure.

The team have been fantastic from start to finish. Lots of timely correspondence, lots of brilliant customer service and advanced planning of times and dates. Installation was very effective and very professional. Scaffolding up and down in 24 hours, solar panels fitted, inverter and battery installed with minimum fuss and maximum expertise. Would highly recommend. Really impressed.

Today simon Harrington (carpenter) came to reinstall cupboard around cylinder in bathroom,he was very mindful to consider the space we wanted to keep,also leaving access if needed! very tidy and making sure I was happy every step of the way,also boxing in pipes in the pantry area,

Everything about our Solar Panel & Battery installation was perfect, everyone at the office and everyone who came to my house were great. Very pleased with everything, could not have been better.

GSL installed a Solar, Battery and EV Charger system at my property, a three-story townhouse, as part of the "Solar Together" initiative in Cheshire. Despite some tribulations with the weather ( small delays caused by first snow, then ice, then high winds) all work was carried out professionally, efficiently and to a very high standard. The electricians in particular made an incredibly tidy job, but I have no complaints about the roofers or scaffolders either. The system has already been humming along for the better part of a month, and I am a very satisfied customer.

Very good in general. The teams for scaffolding, panel erection and electrical connection all arrived as planned. They were efficient and helpful in answering any questions. The electricians took trouble to install the app on my phone despite difficulties with a poor signal. Arrangements about payment were convenient and communication with customer service before installation was excellent. I did have to initiate the installation and had quite a long wait after accepting the quote. Now I must wait for the paperwork so that I can contact my electricity provider in order to export to the grid. It is very encouraging to have been able at last to have solar panels at an affordable cost thanks to this group buying scheme with Grant Store Limited

An excellent experience. Our install was an initiative through Worcestershire County Council. From the initial contact through to the commissioning, Grant Store have been superb. All the contractors - scaffolders, panel installers and electricians - turned up at the scheduled times (despite the awful weather) and completed their work professionally and tidily and ensured I was satisfied before leaving. Telephone queries with Grant Store were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner and they ensured I was fully satisfied before submitting the final invoice. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
