Zero stars

Zero stars. Want to cancel your subscription? They make it almost impossible. Once you even find the button to cancel you’re then forced to fill out a questionnaire. Once done with that you are forced to sit through multiple offers trying to keep your business. At this point it’s still not canceled. Your then forced to call them. Who knows if that’s the last step as I have yet to call.

Glyza is wonderful

Glyza was my customer service representative and due to her efficiency and effectiveness I will continue to use the Happy Head product. The topical ointment was being sent too frequently and prior attempts to have it sent every other month, as opposed to monthly, had not successful. Glyza saved the account and my happiness with your company as I was calling to cancel both my oral and topical medications as I have been happy with my results. So Thank you so much.

Difficult to cancel and do a return

This is one star for returns and cancelation of subscription. I got a side effect with the pills so I wanted to stop taking them and it was hard to cancel my subscription. At the end they just paused and for a reason months later I ended getting a new bottle that I never wanted. To return I had to chat with someone and I gotta say they persist for you to stay, yeah on making adjustments on your prescription but I had to be firm and clear that I was not interest in keep with the service and then they accept it and cancel. The return such a pain, I still lost because I had to paid for send it back when I never even want it or order it the second time. So for me is a no no. I can’t say if it works because I didn’t keep with the treatment because of the side effects I experienced. But just for the hassle it is to return and cancel the subscription uff not worth it, aside price is so expensive.
