Happy Head and its product are great. In about six months I have seen the bold spot on my head basically disappear, I feel very confident and get compliments from my family, friends and hair dresser. The cancelation process is a scam. First of all, I wasn't even aware I had a subscription. Secondly, you can not cancel on their website. Instead, you are directed to an online bot, asked to fill out six questions and at the end the system still doesn't allow you to cancel. Now you are asked to call their CS number during working hours. Pretty bad.
