Lance was extremely helpful. I just upgraded to two kinds of DHT blockers. What a difference Happy Head is making. My hairdresser has started recommending it to her customers.

I just spoke with an agent. She was very helpful, addressed my concerns, and come up with a resolution. In a world where chat rooms can be confusing, this was not.

Inconsistent and lack of quality control

Inconsistent batches raised red flags for me. I started receiving topical refills that were completely different than prior refills. One was actually quite cloudy to milky. I received different responses from customer service in this. One said clearly there's a problem another said it was just due to a different amount of ingredients and I just need to shake it. All of the previous refills were very clear. I question their pharmacy's quality control. Why would they change the amount of ingredients in a prescription without notification?I cancelled my subscription and to get my refund on the last delivery I had to pay to return it.

Happy head products does NOT work!

Happy head products does not work for me! I’ve tried it and it did not give me any results. Their products are ridiculously expensive to maintain I might as well get a hair transplant. They don’t provide you a return label so you’ll end up keeping the product and automatically charged for it! Such a scam.
