Reply to Eventim’s poor response: 1- “Best Seats” offered were the furthest back and side seats of the chosen category. 2- If those tickets were blocked for max of 12 minutes, how was I able to chose them on the map and once I select to move forward right away, the very tickets I chose become unavailable? It’s either by design or a bug, but there is a fault in your seat selection system. Regards to you too… Every time I tried to select a seat on the website, the seat instantly became unavailable. But if I ask the website to select seats for me, I am conveniently assigned the worst seats in the house. However, if I decide to buy more than two tickets, previously unavailable tickets magically become available again... It's such a cheap way to get people to buy the horrible seats first, especially when you charge them to download your app instead of giving them the option to get their tickets.

After going through the rigmarole of booking tickets, I was surprised to find my option to get my tickets was only through the App & then be charged extra for the ‘privilege’

You make me download your app to get my tickets. I want physical or print at home tickets, or at lease the choice of having them

Singers were amazing

Great that I managed to book from South America and get two of the last seats. I always enjoy going to the Eventim as it's my local concert venue and has a great vibe.

Tickets were app-only, and the app is not compatible with my slightly older smartphone. Wasted a lot of time contacting support.

Bought 3 ticket on a presale code. Immediate connection to website & tickets secured on first attempt without any blips...meanwhile the Ticketmaster site wheel kept spinning and didn't load at all - all day! Top marks to Eventim. App is great too
