I have had Reckon One for two years now, after having had Quicken for 15 years plus. The phone support with Reckon is often strange to say the least, with a call to support today and the person not knowing my program and having me on the line for over 20 mins! For his part he has sent me now looking elsewhere as it's not the first time with such confusion.

He understood my problem and got straight into my computer and assisted me with the problems I had. Very helpful
