My business is transitioning to Xero from the old Reckon desktop platform and our subscription is due on 18/6/23. We asked if we could pay a smaller amount for the next 2 weeks to finalise this FY in Reckon and start new in Xero. Margaret H responded. She took note of the amount of time we have been with Reckon and then gave us the final 2 weeks of the FY for free. This is a kind, considered response which we appreciate very much. Bought a perpetual licensed product in 2019, now told sorry its expired! The excuse you can't support it is not relevant as I'm not expecting support just simply access to MY software! After 20 years of using Quickbooks/Reckon I am disgusted with your approach to users of old desktop software. Just give us a perpetual key and then leave us alone is that too much to ask!
