Bad software, Very SLOW
Bad software, Very SLOW Just started using the demo version of reckon one & it's taking me 2.5 hours Just to finalise ONE invoice, It keeps freezing. My telsra internet is fine every thing else is working, tried it from my Android, ipad & PC all the same, Disgusting of a Australian company 🤮

I needed help with changing my email address. I thought I had it right but our old account was still in use. I contacted reckon and the next morning as promised they contacted me. They understood my issue, confirming what I had done. Checked one more thing then sent the details of what I needed to do. It worked.
