PeopleCert are not disability friendly. And I do not recommend them. I am a disabled person and asked for assistance way before starting my Prince2 foundation exam. First they located out of the system after my training and it took over 6 months to get access. And when I finally got a date for my Prince2 foundation in August I had no assistance and they put me on hold and I couldn’t do my exam. I am so upset I don’t want to see them again. Please do not use these people. Not recommended. Horrible services.

Helpful and supportive throughout, kept informed of exam requirements prior to the exam, and the invigilation during the exam was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Wir haben das DevOps Zertifikat gemacht. Jetzt wollte ich es abrufen und lande mit dem Link aus der Email auf einer 404. Generell ist die "Experience" auf der peoplecert Website wirklich gruselig. Inperformant wie in den 90ern und unübersichtlich wie auf einer illegalen Movie Streaming Seite mit Viren (Übertreibung macht anschaulich). Der Kurs war für erfahrene Manager eines Softwareunternehmens ein Witz. Die besten Inhalte waren die externen youtube Videos berühmter Menschen (die Jahre alt sind). Der VorLESENde hatte keinerlei praktische Erfahrungen und konnte dadurch keinerlei Mehrwert schaffen. Ich habe dann 2 h vor der Prüfung das Material durchgeblättert und bestanden. Damit ist immerhin mein Chef happy... Das Geschäftsmodell - Pricing, Angebote (Stichwort "second chance"), ständige Rezertifizierung etc. empfinde ich persönlich als unglaublich "pushy". "Müsst ihr wissen."

Maybe it’s not the websites fault- but the PRINCE2 exams are tricky, impossible to pass. After the exam or mock up test- there are no answers provided. Mostly- all is very expensive, they blackmail you to buy extra tests, membership as you probably won’t pass. The next test is even more difficult- they saw you coming. The questions in mock up test are simple- don’t expect those in the real test. I truly feel disappointed and lost interest in studying this subject.

Easy to complete the exam in the format provided. Proctor was polite and helpful. Only negative part of the registration process was that PeopleCert would not accept a webcam photo of my ID. This caused a delay to the start time, due to me having to take photos on my mobile and upload and then download them. Would recommend doing this ahead of your exam date to save time and frustration.
