Exam went smoothly. No technical issues or any other kind of problems. I don't know what else to say except that I am happy with how it went.

P3O Foundation: The material was good, there were two mock exams which were helpful, though the online 30 question didn't give the correct answers to those answered incorrectly - odd!! Exam process went very smoothly, proctor was professional, helpful and I had my result confirmed in one day, despite taking the exam on a Sunday. I gave 3 stars because to get a hard copy certificate costs £50 - just ridiculous. They upsold me membership for £119pa, but still have to pay for the hard copy. On top of the £1500 for the course, this charge is not defensible!!!

The proctor was good, and it was quite simple to do the exam.

The AI chat was useless ("don't understand please rephrase"). Real people support chat was useful, a bit slow, but I guess involved in more than one chat at a time. Proctor was patient and made sure I was setup and understood the exam toolbar before moving on to actual exam.
