These shades randomly disconnect and are difficult to get reconnected to your system. I ordered some smart wings cellular shades with the matter motors around September/october. Since setting the em up initially, there’s been maybe a few weeks where they all remained connected to the Apple home app. Usually at least one becomes unresponsive and is difficult to get reconnected. Very frustrating, at least the remote works.

I simply love these blinds. They were super easy to install and the setup on the apple home app was also a breeze. You just need to follow the steps provided in there guides. I will definitely buy another one in the future.

I was nervous about ordering these automated blinds, because there is not much room for error in measuring, but all of them fit well. My blinds arrived faster than I expected, and the installation was a breeze! I highly recommend ordering swatches first. I purchased the Woven Wood Shades 70% Blackout Privacy Orithyia in Kenaf 040 with edge binding. They are beautiful, and I'm very pleased with the quality. The motorization works well; however, I needed assistance when programming my remote as I encountered a couple of issues. Customer service was quick to respond via email and telephone. My questions were quickly answered, and I was able to successfully pair my remote to all of my blinds.

Inexpensive fix

Great delivery, very well packaged and first rate customer service. I had an issue with one of my first orders and it was fixed after one email. The blinds are of top quality and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in affordable, powered blinds.

This is our 4th order but several of the roller shades have issues this time. They are mounted level but don't always roll up straight so they have edges damaged and some we can't even use.

I got the roller blinds with Matter motor, and the build quality is excellent—very quiet as well. The only issue was that setup took a bit longer than expected, mainly because Matter is still relatively new and can be a bit finicky at times. I added some Eve outlets to extend my network, and they’ve been working great ever since.
