Super fast shipping, shade limits were set and perfect. Quickest shade install ever!

I ordered a cellular shade to cover a sliding glass door, so a very wide shade. When the shade arrived, I had it up in 90min. One of the easiest shade/blind installs I have ever done. Instructions were clear. The shade comes pre linked to the remote and the shade is preset at the factory to go down to exactly the height dimensions you gave them, so everything worked perfectly without adjustments. I did have to call the company before ordering to clarify some confusion around which motor, remote and protocol I should order as I wanted eventually to use this with Alexa. The people on the phone were knowledgeable and gave clear advice. I am still having trouble getting by smart link to sync to Alexa but suspect this will be working soon.

My experience so far with Smart wings has been amazing. I love the product. I’ve only had it for two days, but it is very good. The blinds are super silent and they packed everything well. The only problem that I had was that one of my solar chargers came in broken or not properly attached. I’m going to send them an email to try to request a new one. I’ll let you know how that goes. I will purchase blinds from them for the rest of my house. The only problem I have is that the hardware they provided with the blinds is not sufficient enough for American framed windows. Specifically the screws they were not long enough to go all the way to the stud part if our window. I tried to mount my blinds without it using the screws, they gave me with the drywall mounters and it was an epic fail. I actually ended up damaging my window using them because the panel fell down from one side and luckily I caught it in time but still did damage to my molding. I recommend getting screws from Home Depot or Lowe’s and long enough so they go all the way to the wooden 2x4s. Once I got the right screws it worked perfectly. I would say if you have a really long windows like I do definitely get longer screws.

The motorized shades were the exact sizes I ordered, the hung quickly and easily and operate smoothly. We will be ordering more of them for the guest bedrooms in our home.

Installation was super easy. I got a pair of Matter version of Zebra smart blinds and it was breeze to pair them with my Apple HomeKit. However, they are not recognized by the system sometimes and I can't figure it out why. Also, once in a while the remote I got only trigger the one and not other. Other than that I'm pretty happy with my purchase.
