Great customer service they helped me with the measurment to keep my basment as dark as possible with the Blackout shade I purchased. package took a little longer than I would like, but cant complain the shade was easy to install and looks amazing down here rolled down and up.

Order process was simple and easy to complete. Shipping was very fast considering they were manufactured in China. Most importantly, the shades are very well built and easy to install. It would be nice if SmartWings produced a video showing the integration with the Smart Life app. The customer is left to figure out groups, automations, sharing between other family members and other app nuances. That can be a little confusing.

Good instructions. Everything seems to be working properly. My only problem is I haven't been able to add the 2 blinds to my Google Home network using Matter. The process bombs at the finish.

I placed two separate orders and both were missing parts. I tried reaching out to customer service via instant message when the first order arrived missing L brackets and clips to hold the valance on the dual roller shades. They assured me I would receive an email confirming the parts were being sent right out… no email, no parts. My second order arrived a couple days, custom drapes and this time the entire valance is missing from the order. I double checked my order and confirmed the order was placed “With Valance”. Incredibly frustrating and customer service seems useless.

I ordered one accessory item and it was delivered free in about 5 days. Didn't know I needed a USB adapter to use it. I previously ordered the Smart-link Pro (under advisement) and now trying to find instructions (even on YouTube) on how all of it works together.

It was easy to install and works well. The only thing I would suggest is a better shipping tracking system. It took a long while to show that it was being shipped and then the information was never correct. The product itself is beautiful.

Easy install of a quality product. The only issue i had was i had to file down the screw hole plug fillets because the blinds would sometimes catch them.

We love our roller shades. Beautiful neutral color and super easy to set up. The best part is connecting them to our Alexa, they open and close automatically with the sun.
