The roller blind is awesome. I only gave 4 stars because an update is needed for the instructions on installation. Pictures with no written info. Our blind was 70 x 97 and the fabric covered the buttons where the motor was so it was very difficult to “wake up” the motor to pair with the remote. Some additional written help would have been nice. The blind also was croaked when it came down BUT after several attempts it settled in and now hangs perfectly. Something could have been mentioned about that also. I suggest ordering the fabric sample kit. It really helped!

The company sent the wrong sized blinds and refused to correct issue. Product was ordered according to instructions for outside mount, sent blinds that were 1.5” short, no mention of deductions for outside mount. Company refused to fix issue without me buying more blinds from them or re buying them for 50% original price in addition to the original price I paid

I have been waiting eight years for the right technology to replace the metal blinds in my house. I installed the SmartWings Motorized Light Filtering Roller Shades 70% Blackout Essential, with Matter over Thread. The blinds and technology are awesome! I have this integrated with Amazon Alexa, and all my lights, blinds, stove, microwave, thermostat.... are voice-activated. I can control each blind by voice, my phone, or remote control. The installation is not complicated and I used most of the existing screw holes from the previous blinds. Attaching the remote control, setting the up and down stops, and getting Alexa to recognize the blind takes about 10/15 minutes per blind. The support is comparable if not better than Apple.

I measured my windows. Picked out the color. Easy online ordering process. Fast shipping, easy installation, programming instructions easy to follow. Great product. competitive cost.

Fit great. Have not programmed yet but will try to get that done. Nice quality and easy install.

My experience was excellent. Blinds look great and were delivered quickly. One of my windows was shorter than the selection tool allowed, but I left a note in the comments and they followed up to confirm, then made the blind to the exact size. I have not connected them to my smart home yet, so hopefully that goes well.
