We just received our smartwings motorized roller blinds and are so impressed! First off, we received stellar customer service on the front end. Then, we received our order within 10 days from order. Packaging was so well done. Not only was each box labeled with room info but so was the blind itself. Install took minutes per blind. My husband was able to install all 18 blinds within an hour. Each blind was preprogrammed so once installed and “on” the remote worked. We haven’t programmed Alexa yet but with the quality of product and instructions we have already seen, I don’t foresee it being too tough. We had a handful of quotes for roller shades from different companies ranging from 12-25K (and this was with only a couple being motorized). After seeing their samples and seeing Smartwings samples, I realized they are all similar quality. However, smartwings afforded us the ability to make all windows roller shades motorized, received them in a much quicker timeframe at a quarter of the cost! We are thrilled with our purchase, impressed with the quality of product and service, and love the upscale look it brings to our home! We will continue to recommend smartwings as a well rounded company that serves with excellence in both service and product. Thank you!

I was Leary of this company, so I only ordered one roller shade to try. The shade came a week later and was easy to install. I can’t be happier. I called them about my next orders and they were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this company and they products.

Well made, fast shipping and great price compared to big names. These shades are easy to install and connect to SmartThings hub. I personally bought for my home and liked so much I bought more for my business.

The blinds seem to be a great quality and work smooth and quietly. Very happy with them and will be buying more. I have connected to HomeKit. Just make sure you set your up and down limits on your remote before connecting to HomeKit!

Unbelievable that what I like! perfect!

I did several order to fully equip my new house. The blinds are amazing, easy to install and easy to connect to my smart home with smarthings. On my last order, UPS destroy on of the blind. The literally bend the metal, which found required a huge force on metal. I contact the company, they gave me a same day reply and they send a replacement. AMAZING service. I recommend them.
