We remodeled the whole house and decided to order 3 blinds first and then finished the second order of 19 more. We also ordered 9 solar panels for the taller windows. Ordering is easy with their help and so are the app installation and use. It can get frustrated at times if you’re not patient. All in all, we’re very happy with the products we purchased with SmartWing. I would rate them 9.5/10, there’s room for improvement, but customer service is definitely 10/10. They can help you day or night, a big plus in my case because I am nocturnal sometimes.

Custom made window shade with solar panel charging and Alexa/remote capability works exactly as described. We're thrilled with the shade.

Installed all 5 of the smart wings products two days ago. Works as described. Comes with one remote, that included 5-channel, perfectly allowed me to manage each smart blinds flawlessly. Still working on getting ZigBee-hub for pairing with the smart blinds. Wish SmartWings described on the website beforehand. I have to purchase a 4th generation Echo for this pairing process. Older generation of Echo does not come with ZigBee hub.

It took about a month from the order to the delivery, but it's as expected. The item itself was exactly as described.
