I read positive reviews of price and quality. As Im refitting and renovating my home I ordered 9 window treatments. Fair price, superb build quality (to be accurate BEST price in this range of quality). Easy installation and also professional service in regards to when I had questions...I will be refitting my whole home with with Smartwings blinds as the first set are perfect.

This was my third room updating to motorized shades and it was the smoothest installation to date. Compared with my first order and installation, the packaging for shipping has been streamlined to just enough to protect the shades, and the addition of a HomeKit sticker on the bottom of the shade made adding them to Apple Home automation much easier. Overall, the shades work flawlessly and the Apple automation has worked well.

I made an online order of two motorized shades with Google Assistant compatibility. Within minutes of making my purchase, I was contacted by SmartWings customer service to adjust my order, and get this, save me money! When I received my order, the smart link was missing. I reached out to customer service and they overnighted my missing piece with apologies. Then, when I had issues with connectivity setting up my Google Assistant, I again called customer service and the most friendly and helpful representative walked me through the whole process and got everything working perfectly. I love my motorized shades and will recommend SmartWings to everyone!

I’m so happy I found these when searching for Homekit compatible roller shades. Ordered the blackout samples, arrived in a couple of days, decided which one, ordered them, arrived in about a week, super easy to install, I didn’t have to adjust anything, control already programed, conected to homekit. Everything worked perfect, great experience.
