This is my second order and I really like the blinds and quick service. This time I got blackout blinds and they really do block the light.

Excellent Product. SmartWings is a great company who knows what they are doing in the Smart Shade industry. Shipping took 3 weeks. Packaging was outstanding the product compared to other shades I have tested was superior. Simple to pair with HomeKit and very effective in setting limits, nice remote, and great features. The motor is very quiet for a automatic shade. Much quieter then anticipating. The blackout shades are excellent as are the light filtering. Lots of different options to choose from. I was skeptical about purchasing this product but am a real believer now. I am sharing with other HomeKit and SmartHome communities as these are THE shades to buy for your smarthome. I cannot speak to Alexa/non-homekit versions but assume they are seamless.

The installation instructions could use some improvement. We had additional brackets which were not in the instructions. Some of the instructions seem out of order. And there are instructions that seem relevant to narrow shades, when we bought very wide shades. Once past the installation though, the shades are fantastic.

When the ordering process started, I had no intention of buying custom blinds. Their support contact was super-prompt and did a great job working with me. I even sent pictures with measurements and they sent back an image with the blinds mocked up on the picture. They helped me dial in the exact dimensions to work for my house. I think we had something like 30 emails back and forth before I actually bought, just to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. And best of all, the estimate was like 1/3 of the cost of other blinds. The quality is on point, blinds work great, easy to install. So far, GREAT! I just hung them yesterday.

I can only say that Rachelle and her team were extremely supporting. Going that extra mile that is fundamental when a mistake arises. Couldn’t ask for a better customer service really, responsible & recommended!

Really great product works smoothly with HomeKit .

The process is simple. However your instructions are horrible. No words and poor drawings. I learned how to by watching a you tube video. I good instruction booklet would be 1 page.

Incredibly helpful service, and the cost Vs the quality of the blinds is remarkable. I have 9 Motor HomeKit shades. Setup was super easy. I have only wrote 1 review before (2008) and this is the 2nd time. That’s how incredible this product is.
